BRIEF DETAILS:-

Breakfast, lunch and evening snacks (veg) will be provided to all the participants.
Refreshments, ice box, tea and biscuits available throughout the day.
⁠Referees will be present on each court for every match.
⁠Trophies for winner, runner up and 3rd Place/ Semifinalists of all the categories.
⁠Participation certificate to all.
⁠Last date for registration: 28th November 2025 (3:00 PM).
⁠Last date for withdrawal: 28th November 2025 (3:00 PM).
Incase of Late Withdrawal, entry fee will be fully payable.
Draws and Schedule will be posted in the WhatsApp group on 29th November 2025 at 11 am sharp.
⁠Cutoff has to be strictly followed for the players playing in specific age categories.
⁠Entries given without the payment of entry fee will NOT be accepted.

FORMAT:-

30th edition of ATC Tournament format is Knockouts. All the matches will be of best of 7 games. Standard 7 points tiebreak at 3 all.

ENTRY FEE:-

Singles: ₹1100 per category (inclusive of all).

Doubles: ₹1600 per team (inclusive of all).

Entry is strictly on first come first serve basis. Players are requested to sign up and confirm their spot asap. Incase of withdrawal before the deadline, entry fee will be fully refunded.
